It is important to note that the target group of swine flu or H1N1 virus comprises of elderly, pregnant women, diabetic and heart patients, and children. These people must take extra precautions to stay away from this flu.

The attributes of weight training!I’m sure there have been many times when we might have heard our friends and colleagues talking about the attributes of weight training and how it helped them in more ways than one. Well, I didn’t really pay heed to all this until some time back I practically got to experience its benefits. I can now vouch for it that it has not only benefited my  my external body but the physiology as well.  Listed here are some concise points about the attributes of weight training to ease your understanding!

  • The biggest attribute of weight training is that it tones your muscles and bringd your body to its natural shape, making you looks younger and healthier than before. It also raises your basal metabolism and flushes out all the toxins from your body. This way you end up burning more calories in 24 hours than you would rather achieve in many days of hard work.

  • Weight training causes reversal of the natural decline in the body metabolism which starts taking place after 30 years of age.
  • It energizes you like you might have never imagined.
