Letrozole – Exceptional Antiestrogen for Bodybuilding
Letrozole is an exceptional product when it comes to reducing and eliminating the formation of estrogens during post cycle therapy and after the end of a steroid cycle. Read on!
Letrozole, which is also known as Femara, is an effective antiestrogen. In the world of medicines, it is considered to be a highly useful option for treating infertility and breast cancer.
Belonging to the class of oral aromatase inhibitors, Letrozole promotes inhibition of enzyme aromatase, which subsequentially blocks the production of estrogens. It has an active life of approximately 2-4 days and can be part of both cutting cycles and bulking cycles.
Letrozole is also considered to be of great use for facilitating muscle quality improvements without the risk of excess water retention. It also reduces the risk of gynecomastia and enhances the levels of luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone, and sex hormone-binding globulin.
The recommended dose of Letrozole is 0.5-2.5 mg/day, with or without meals. It is important to note here that use of low-grade quality Letrozole or abuse of Letrozole can lead to side effects such as liver toxicity, hair thinning, acne, and hot flushes. Moreover, Letrozole tablets are required to be kept at a controlled room temperature of 25°C (77°F) with excursions permitted up to 15-30°C (59-86°F).
All in all, Letrozole is an exceptional antiestrogen for bodybuilding and other sports but the use must be initiated only after seeking a prior medical advice. Remember to use caution and observe a high sense of care & diligence while using Letrozole just as with performance enhancing drugs.
