There are tons of detox programs available for people with any reason to detox, all providing you with the same result. What a lot of people don’t realize is that you can easily detox without any expensive products or nutritionists monitoring you. Here are seven of the simplest ways to detox your body without spending tons of money.
Cut out sugar
We all know that excess amounts of sugar is bad for us. Generally throughout the year it’s pretty easy to resist the urge to consume sugar, however during holidays such as Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas, sugary treats surround us and it’s much more difficult to say no.
