I’m sure there have been many times when we might have heard our friends and colleagues talking about the attributes of weight training and how it helped them in more ways than one. Well, I didn’t really pay heed to all this until some time back I practically got to experience its benefits. I can now vouch for it that it has not only benefited my my external body but the physiology as well.
