Why is weight training so beneficial?I’m sure we have often heard our friends and colleagues talking about how weight training benefited them in more ways than they thought of. Well, it wasn’t until I practically experienced its benefits that I believed how helpful has it been for not only my external body but the physiology too. I’ve tried to lay down some concise points about weight training benefits for your easy understanding.

Here you go!

  • The first thing that weight training does to your body is it tones your muscles which not only makes your body look great and but also raises your basal metabolism. This helps burn more calories in 24 hours than you would rather burn in days of hard work.
  • It will help you burn even more calories while you’re sleeping.
  • Weight training invariably reverses the natural reduction in your body metabolism which starts happening after the age of 30.
  • It energizes you like nothing else on earth. I used to get immensely exhausted after my days work at office but weight training keeps me as fresh and swaying even at rest hours. Besides, stress also affects me less and I am able to happily focus on my hobbies as well if time permits.
  • Weight training has a positive effect on more than 650 muscles in your body.
  • It immensely strengthens your bones, thus reducing the risk of you developing osteoporosis in older age of your life.
  • Needless to say it improves your muscular endurance, thereby making you less prone to lower-back injuries.

The biggest benefit that came to me after I made weight training a regular part of schedule is it healed by blood pressure. I have since long-time been suffering from blood pressure and the amount of tablets I consumed each day bothered me immensely. My list of the advantages it reflects has still not ended. Keep reading for my next post will contain news on how miraculous weight training can really be.
