Omega 3 fatty acids can be defined as a dietary supplement found primarily in cold water fish and flaxseed oil. It is important to note that this supplement is not meant for individuals having an existing allergy to Omega 3 fatty acids or any of its ingredients and should be used with high care when taken by individuals also taking aspirin, antacids, vitamins, laxatives, cold and cough remedies, minerals, amino acids, supplements, other prescription or nonprescription drugs. It is also not to be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women unless otherwise recommended by a medical practitioner.
Omega 3 fatty acid supplements are required to be stored in a place away from direct light, moisture, heat, and children. The dietary supplement should not be kept in the refrigerator.
