What made me write about is the way I saw my friends suffering who stayed dizzy all the time because of it.  Severe coughing followed by headache can make it worse as pain in the chest increases and almost becomes unbearable at times. By stating some home remedies here, I do not mean that Bronchitis can be healed only with these without taking any medicines. These are just simple measures which can highly reduce the irritability caused by Bronchitis if employed regularly.  However, in extreme condition, seeking medical help is a must. Written below are some simple recipes for fighting this illness. Read on!

Application of Castor leaves: Castor leaves as well as oil works wonders for people suffering from lung infections. Though some people recommend using castor oil, application of castor leaves on the chest after warming them a bit on the pan can prove to be highly beneficial for bronchitis patients. After placing them on the chest, the vapors released due to their heating should be made to inhale. Make sure the leaves are cool enough to be placed on skin.

I’ve seen some of my friends who stay dizzy almost at all hours of the day because bronchitis never leaves them in a better state. If coughing increases, nothing seems worse as pain in the chest can become stronger at times. Though it is a medical condition which needs absolute medical attention but if some precautions can be taken at home as well, its intensity can be highly reduced. Listed here are some such remedies which can prove to be highly beneficial for people suffering from Bronchitis.

Castor Oil: Castor oil works wonders for bronchitis patients. One can either use castor leaves if available or castor oil can also be used. Just warm a few castor leaves on a pan and after they become cool enough, place them on the patient’s chest. Make the person breathe-in the vapors that the leaves release because of heating. In case of castor oil, apply some oil on the chest and inhale the vapors in the same manner. This can be highly relieving for any patient suffering from any kind of lung infection.

Thyme: Thyme is popular for the tea made by drying its leaves. Dip these tea leaves in one cup of boiling water for ten minutes and make the patient drink them at least three times a day. If possible add some honey to it. It will work as a wonder therapy for Bronchitis patients.
